The goal of Vertical Chapel Missions is to EQUIP, MOBILIZE, and SUPPORT the church body in their service to the unreached and vulnerable. This ministry also serves as an extension of the generosity of the church body to love the people of this community, nation and world through our local and global partners.
Local Partnerships
We want Hays County to know the love of Jesus - and that's why we serve beyond our walls. We don't just go to church, we are the church – living on mission. Vertical Missions is honored to work as an extension of your generosity to our local partners.
Global Partnerships
Our mission field is bigger than Hays County. God has called us to bring the Gospel to the world, and we're devoted to reaching people for Jesus. How do we impact the world? We're building long-term relationships in Ethiopia, Spain, Peru, Mexico, and Honduras.
Church Plants
God has blessed Vertical to be a blessing to other communities, churches, and pastors across state lines and national borders. We send out our pastors to encourage other pastors and to plant churches where Spirit-led communities are needed.
Generous Giving
Missions is open to everyone in some capacity. Some are called to go to new places, and others are called to send and support those sent. Whatever your calling in this season your generous giving makes it possible for others to encounter Christ wherever they are.
Local Partnerships
Embrace
The Embrace Ministry at Vertical Chapel serves to increase awareness, support, and care for those interested in and currently caring for children in the foster care system and through the adoption process and beyond.
Fostering Hope Austin
Fostering Hope Austin is committed to building stronger foster and adoptive families through training, mentoring, and church ministry development. They empower families and church leaders who want to offer a holistic solution to the foster and adoption crisis.
KOZ
KOZ provides men with training and curriculum to reach the fatherless and fathered boys in their community and church. Vertical Chapel has a chapter of KOZ, led by trained Harvest Team Leaders who mentor these boys on the 2nd Saturday of each month.
Austin Disaster Relief
ADRN is comprised of 175+ churches in the Greater Austin area that will meet the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of those affected by disaster. It's required to attend an ADRN orientation in order to become an badged volunteer when disaster strikes.
FCA
Local FCA staff work with Hays CISD, Wimberley and San Marcos schools and churches to see our middle and high schools transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. They work with student leaders and sponsors to create a weekly environment for discipleship and prayer on campus, along with hosting annual outreach events like Fields of Faith for the entire community.

Global Partnerships
Children’s Hope Chest - Ethiopia
CHC Care Points create a safe place where the community’s most vulnerable children can receive critical resources -spiritually, physically and emotionally. Vertical Chapel is working to develop relationships with Partner Leadership teams in the area. More information to come soon.
East West Ministries - Western Med.
Vertical partners, P&J Bell, are working in the Western Mediterranean to help engage, evangelize, and empower local believers in the region to go and transform their communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ. P&J, along with their regional teams, are praying for God to shift this geographically strategic region from "receiving" to "sending" laborers back into His harvest field of unreached people in North Africa and Europe.
